Terms and Conditions

The AevumJagat.com website ("Website") is an internet based Audio Visual art work display portal owned and operated by Mars Productions Private Limited , a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at D.No.16/974-1, Sriram Nagar Colony, Srikalahasthi, Chittoor(D), Andhra Pradesh 517640. Through the Website, Mars Productions shall provide you ("User") an option to pay the ticket price ( Minimun 1 indian rupee) and hence enabling them to watch the full movie named 'AevumJagat'.This Service may be availed by the User, his family members.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions on which Mars Productions shall provide the Services to the User through the Website. In addition to this Agreement and depending on the Services opted for by the User, the User shall be required to read and accept the relevant TOS for such Service, which may be updated or modified by GOI from time to time. Such TOS shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such TOS and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Use of the Website is offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in the agreement and the TOS, as may be posted on the website from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that use of the website by the user constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance by the user of this agreement and the TOS. If the user does not agree with any part of the such terms, conditions and notices, the user must not use the website.

Additionally, the service provider may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and  policies applicable to each service ( for example, movie tickets, gift vouchers etc., ) The user shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the service provider with whom the user elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a service providers. In the event that any of the terms, conditions and notices contained in the this agreement or the TOS conflict with the additional/other terms and guidelines specified by the service provider, then the latter terms/guidelines shall prevail.

Privacy Policy

The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of Mars Productions in respect of the Website, The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.

Cancellation

User shall pay the amount only when they are available to watch the full movie online. User shall check their phone battery, Internet balance and any other necessary pre requisites before initiating the payment as there won't be any cancellation requested accepted by the service providers. 

The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Cancellation Policy of Mars Productions in respect of the Website, The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Cancellation policy are acceptable to him. 

Refund

Any issues related to the payments shall be addressed when brought to the notice of service providers. Issues related to the user's UPI/Debit/Credit card won't be addressed by Mars productions. Any issues related to the website Aevumjagat.com shall be completely addressed and any issues with the link will be resolved and the refunds will be made immediately. User shall bring the issue to the notice by emailing the concern to dineshnarra@marsmovieproductions.com

Issues related to the Razor pay shall be addressed by the razorpay team directly to the user via their payment method. Any amount debited from the concerned account shall be credited back to the account within 5-6 business days as per Razorpay website.
