Character Traits for the Month of May is..

Courage:

Courage is having the mental or moral strength to resist opposition, danger, or hardship.


The STAAR test is something you need courage for. You need the courage to focus and do you very best even if others around you are not. You need to use courage to keep focused on YOU and your test and do not get distracted when others finish before you. We all test at different speeds! - These hints are from Ms. Dalme who is a terrible, anxious, stressed out test taker. But if she can take enough test to make it to a masters degree, so can you!

Students needing to see the counselor can self-refer. Counselors are available to help you with a variety of needs. Stop by your grade level counselor's office and leave a note if we are not in!
