MMS Winter Sports

Using the menu located to the left, please click on each individual sport/activity in order to find all of the necessary information and paperwork associated with each sport/activity. 

Each student is required to submit a physical and a registration form.  Specific information regarding physicals and registration forms can be found on each activity's page.  You do not need to turn in a new physical for each season. If you are unsure of the status of your child's physical, you may check with the school nurse.  Physicals are valid for one full calendar year from the date of the exam.

There will be an informational meeting for students interested in Winter Sports on Thursday, November 2nd, from 2:30 to 3:30pm.  Registration forms can be turned in at this time.

THE PHYSICAL DEADLINE FOR WINTER SPORTS IS OCTOBER 27th.
