MMS Spring Sports
Using the menu located to the left, please click on each individual sport/activity in order to find all of the necessary information and paperwork associated with each sport/activity.
Each student is required to submit a physical and a registration form. Specific information regarding physicals and registration forms can be found on each activity's page. Physicals are valid for one year from the date of the exam.
THE PHYSICAL DEADLINE FOR SPRING SPORTS IS FEBRUARY 23rd.
