Mark D. Matthews, Esq. is an attorney who currently limits his practice to representing veterans and their family members before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is a veteran of over 12 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, including six years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, and has over 13 years of experience practicing veterans law.
Mr. Matthews has practiced law for over 23 years and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the US. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
