The Parent Liaison is the primary point of contact between coaches and families. This person will be available to you to answer questions about program and communicate needs from the debate coaches about areas of need of the program.
Banquet Coordinator

The Banquet Coordinator will work with coaches to organize a team banquet in early May to celebrate the season. The coordinator will pass along any needs of the banquet to parents.
The debate banquet will be on March 20, 2025 from 6:30-8:00pm in Kuhrt Gym.

Snacks
We try to provide snacks in the debate room for students to remain focused after school in practices or on days when they need more sustenance in class. We also provide snacks during online tournaments. This signup provides parents the ability to sign up for a convenient time for them to assist the program.

Async Judging
Judging asynchronous speech opportunities help save the team judging obligations while allowing you to get a sneak peak of the more entertaining side of speech & debate. Anyone out of high school can assist with this area - it takes about 25-45 minutes of training prior to a tournament date. Follow the three easy steps below to be ready!

Driving & Delivery
Sometimes we may need help in food delivery for online tournaments or driving mini buses or your own mini-van.
If you are interested in one of these, please communicate your interest with Mr. Miller and he will reach out to you if there is a specific need you can help with.
