(Step 1 of the Enrolment Process is composed of three parts: 1A-Validation of the Admission Tests And 1B-Departmental Interview)
1A-VALIDATION OF THE ADMISSION TEST
Students enrolling for maritime studies and business education programs MUST submit the MCAT, IQ, Personality and Aptitude Test Results to the Guidance Office for validation.
1B-DEPARTMENTAL INTERVIEW
After successful completion of the Admissions Tests, students must proceed to the Departmental Interview by the program's respective Program Heads.
Students after successful interview shall be given a recommendation to take the medical examination through our partnered hospital clinics.
IMPORTANT : THE ORIGINAL COPY OF ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE SCHOOL CLINIC ON OR BEFORE THE END OF THE SEMESTER

R E G I S T R A T I O N
Enrollees will register Online through the SchoolAutomate. The admission requirements are included below for your reference. A TEMPORARY ID will be generated and you shall use this in the entire enrollment process.
2A-MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
The Medical requirements are required for both the Maritime and Business. Freshmen and Transferees may get a Referral Slip at the school clinic for easier transaction at our partnered laboratory facilities.
ACCREDITED LABORATORY FACILITIES
Below are the accredited laboratory facilities of the school. In the event that the student may not be able to visit any of the laboratory facilities due to Covid19 restrictions, they may opt to accomplish their medical requirements to any accredited DOH laboratory facilities near their residence.

(Step 2 of the Enrolment Process is composed of two parts: 3A-Payment for Bridging and Enrichment Classes and 3B-Course Advising
3A-PAYMENT FOR BRIDGING AND ENRICHMENT CLASSES
Students taking the Bridging and Enrichment Classes (Math, English, and Science) must settle the payment to the Office of the Financial Affairs before proceeding to Course Advising.
3B-COURSE ADVISING
The Registrar is in-charged for the checking of the necessary requirements to proceed with course advising.

After successful completion of the Course Advising, the student must pay the required fees to the accredited mode of payments. The proof of payment must be uploaded in the SchoolAutomate.

Congratulations for completing the 5-Step Enrolment Process!
The Enrollment Team will send an email confirmation to your personal email account on file containing your official GSuites account to be used for your online class.
Student must complete the Student Profiling by the Guidance Office in order to get his/her printed white form. After successful profiling, student MUST apply for the Identification Card to be used for the AY 2022-2023.
