I am a Mechanical Engineer researching in the area of Emission Control strategies in Industrial Process, Thermal Management of EVs, Green Welding Consumable Fabrication and so on. I have accomplished 2 strategic projects with the Department of Atomic Energy as a Senior Research Fellow with NIT Trichy.
With respect to the research on emission control strategies in Welding Processes, we were able to develop green welding consumbales with negligible hazardous emissions. Peer reviewed publication and Indian patents were also added to our credit. Our works on Thermal Management of EVs resulted with achieving a Sponsored Research Project funded by ANERT, Government of Kerala worth INR 1.2 Million. In addition to the above, sposored consultancy project worth INR 2 Million was also taken up to develop MSME clusters such as Handloom and Coir for KDISC, Govt. of Kerala. The development of Centralized Vacuum Cleaner for multi storeyed building was yet another highlight of our research team, which was a consultancy project for the Private firm worth INR 0.2 Million.Following to which, a new research laboratory- Energy Research Lab at Marian Engineering College, Kerala , India for our Researches related to EVs and Thermal Management studies.
My areas of Interest are : Occupational Health and Hygiene, Welding Safety, Emission control strategies in Industrial Process, Indoor air Quality, Green Consumable Fabrication, Particulate Matters, Thermal Management of EVs.
