Over the past 10 years, I have provided dozens of consultancies and trainings in Brazil and other Latin American countries (Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico). Particularly regarding to training, I have achieved quite high customer satisfaction rates, with an average CSAT of 93.08% and average NPS of 86.62 % - which I believe com from the diversified number of experiences and knowledge I have accumulated along the way.
In September 2016 I founded Arki1 and started to work with a team of seasoned instructors of solutions related to Google Cloud, G Suite and Change Management.
