Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

• Account: A unique account created for you to access our App or parts of our App.

• Affiliate: An entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.

• Application: Refers to Manifest Studio, the software program provided by the Company.

• You: The individual accessing or using the App, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the App.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the App.

Usage Data may include information such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), device type, device settings, operating system, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When you access the App by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our App or when you access the App by or through a mobile device.

The Company allows you to create an account and log in to use the App through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

Information Collected While Using the Application

While using our App, in order to provide features of our App, we may collect, with your prior permission:

• Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

We use this information to provide features of our App, to improve and customize the App. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or may be simply stored on your Device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your Device settings.

Information Collected Through Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to enhance our App's functionality and improve user experience. These services may collect information about you in accordance with their own privacy policies.

A. Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to track Usage Data and analyze user interactions to improve the App.

• Data Collected: Device information, IP address, usage patterns.

• Purpose: To understand how users interact with our App and to improve functionality and user experience.

• Opt-In/Opt-Out: We obtain your explicit consent before collecting any Personal Data through Firebase Analytics. You can opt-in or opt-out of data collection at any time through the App settings.

B. Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostics to improve app stability.

• Data Collected: Crash data, device state information at the time of the crash.

• Purpose: To diagnose and fix issues within the App.

• Opt-In/Opt-Out: We obtain your explicit consent before collecting any Personal Data through Firebase Crashlytics. You can opt-in or opt-out of data collection at any time through the App settings.

C. Sentry

We use Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Purpose: To monitor and fix bugs, improve app performance, and enhance user experience.

• Opt-In/Opt-Out: We obtain your explicit consent before collecting any Personal Data through Sentry. You can opt-in or opt-out of data collection at any time through the App settings.

Business Transactions

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.
