MORNING TEA
Outside my Window Writing
Today we will complete a Writing Warm Up based around a Window image. With a buddy you will write a description of the scene you see. We will unpack the language features that you have used. Then you will revisit yesterday's Out my window writing and edit and recraft this so that it has all the language features that it needs and is a Level 3+ text.
Instructions:
Choose a buddy to complete this writing task with.
Make a copy of the presentation below. Share it with your buddy. Both of you need to rename this and move it to your WRITING folder.
Record all the things that you notice about the image.
Then you will write a description of the scene in the image using descriptive language, and language features such as; adjectives, verbs, simile. We will share back.
Now you need to go back to your own Quick write from Monday and make this better than before using what have have learnt from our warm up.
