Say and know the actions to the school pepeha -Mangapapa Pepeha
As we are not able to have School Assemblies at the moment due to us still being at Alert Level 2, I will present today's class certificate in our classroom for us to celebrate.
Mr Sadler or Ms Moore will also do the REACH draw today and let us know whose card was pulled out.
If your card is drawn out, you will receive your certificate and ice block.
LITERACY ~~~- Writing
Persuasive Writing
Today you will be completing an Independent PERSUASIVE WRITING SAMPLE.
You can choose from the two prompts below.
You will need to complete the writing survey, then glue your chosen prompt into your Writing book and plan. Then you will need to write to PERSUADE your reader of your opinion.
This is a timed writing sample, so I will let you know when time is up.
LITERACY ~~~- Reading
Today you will all be completing a Reading Assessment.
I will explain this to you and answer any questions that you might have.

Reading Assessment continued
We will have our Maths cross over groups today following Athletics.
You will head straight to your maths class.

Find a spot by yourself and some reading material and start silent reading.
Today we will be recording our Aotearoa Dance and possibly our 35 Tik Tok as well if we have time.
Sit back and listen to the next installment of our novel, Grizzly Trap.
