1·Formed peer group with advanced, intermediate and slow learners. Each group consists of 4 to 5 students
2·Diverse Strengths: Pair Students with complementary strengths- someone good at theory with someone great at problem-solving.
3·Classroom seating rearranged to minimize disturbances, ensuring better concentration during class hours.
4·Each course in charge provided study materials, a question bank, and solutions to previous years' question papers to facilitate easier learning.
5·We are conducting module test every week 1st hour
6·University questions are practiced in both series and module tests to help students build confidence.
7·After completion of 4th module, last hour will be converted for revision. This class will be engaged by subject teacher and class in charges
9·Course in charge are encouraged to share video lectures of important topic
10·Remedial classes are arranged for slow learners before university exams, either online or offline.
11·The HoD collects student feedback every 2–3 weeks to identify areas for improvement in the teaching-learning process.
12.Seating positions of students are arranged in a way that, each bench have one advanced learner, Intermediate learner and slow learner to practice peer to peer learning.Each bench will be considered as a group. These groups are monitored on a weekly basis based on their test/Quiz performance, and appreciation is given to the top-performing group. Ranking has been given to each group and will be published in the notice board.
