Mrs. Sprague

Mrs. Sprague joined Malone Central Schools in Fall 2016 as a member of the Art Department. Prior to teaching for Malone Central, she taught Art in Grades Pre-K through Grade 8 at Holy Family School in Malone.

Born and raised in Constable, New York Mrs. Sprague attended Franklin Academy High School, before earning her Bachelor of Arts Degree at SUNY Potsdam in August 1994 with a concentration in Art. She holds a Master of Science in Education Degree in Instructional Technology Media and Management.

Mrs. Sprague was nominated as Rotary Teacher of the Year in 2013. She volunteers her time after school with Middle School students who crave extra time expressing their creativity. She enjoys scrapbooking, camping, kayaking and spending time with her family.

She believes every student can find some success in the arts when using the Elements and Principles of Design.
