Mrs. Rheaume

Mrs. Rheaume joined Franklin Academy & Malone Middle School in 2016 as a member of the LOTE department. Prior to her experience in Malone, she worked/taught in MS 363: Academy for Personal Leadership and Excellence located in Bronx, NY. There she worked as a French teacher for 3 years, as well as a Special Education teacher for 1 year.

Mrs. Rheaume has worked with students in courses such as Robotics and French, as well as serving in the capacity of Special Education teacher in 8th grade Social Studies and Science.

Born and raised in Malone, NY, Mrs. Rheaume attended Franklin Academy High School and graduated in 2005. She earned her combined Bachelor/Master’s Degree at SUC at Plattsburgh and graduated with a degree in French Education 7-12. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education 7-12.

Mrs. Rheaume believes that all students have the right to learn in a safe and enjoyable environment. She believes that all students have the right to learn, and the right to want to learn. She believes that the classroom should be a place which enriches students’ ability to become lifelong learners.
