design studio Resource Manager (full-time)

MALKA is looking for a Design Studio Resources Manager who can help communicate design needs between various departments within the company of 150+ designers, animators, copywriters, directors, cinematographers, and editors. The right candidate is detail-oriented, organized, can take on multiple projects and schedules at once, and navigate through various departments. They should have a background in Graphic Design and have an essential working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain an up to date calendar of department resources and availability

- Ensure adherence to timelines so that creative teams at all levels are on-schedule

- Work with creative teams and design leadership to resource design talent across all projects

- Communicate project requirements and collects supporting materials to ensure that projects move through the agency in a timely manner
