KV SR BAND AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
WIND PLAYERS
SCALES: 1. All scales must be memorized.
2. The adjudicator will ask students to play 2 Major Scales as notated on their scale sheet of the judge’s choosing AND the Chromatic Scale.
3. Scales must be played in tongued quarter/eighth note rhythm as notated on scale sheets, tempo = 120 bpm

JR BAND: Must play required scales and the prepared piece.
