Graduate Annual Assessment Reporting

STEP 1: Use the Program Learning Outcomes Directory at the bottom of this page to determine the program learning outcomes (PLOs) that are currently recorded in the system. You can filter by college, program, and degree. If the PLOs look correct, proceed to STEP 3. If the PLOs need editing proceed to STEP 2.
STEP 2: Select the Request Edits to Outcomes button above if any edits, deletions or additions are needed to the outcomes listed in the Program Learning Outcome Directory (bottom of page). Selecting this button will open a Google Form for specifying the nature of the edits. OIRA staff will be notified of the changes needed and will contact you by email when the system has been updated. Please do not proceed to STEP 3 until the edits are showing up correctly in the Program Learning Outcome Directory.
STEP 3: Once PLOs are showing up correctly in the Program Learning Outcome Directory select the Enter Annual Results button to open a Google Form for entering annual assessment information. You will be prompted to select the PLO you are entering data for. Please re-submit this form for each PLO separately.
OPTIONAL: To view previously entered PLO assessment information, select the Previous Assessment Results button. PLO information can be filtered by college, program, degree, and academic year.
Program Learning Outcomes Directory
Use the drop down menus in the spreadsheet below to filter the list of program outcomes. If your program would like to request an edit to your outcomes, please click the Request Edits to Outcomes button above.
Multiple users may be accessing the spreadsheet simultaneously. If it looks like someone else is using it please wait until they are done before making your own filter selections. The spreadsheet can take a few moments to update once selections are made.
