Invitation for Academics to Partner with Entrepreneurs for the STI for OTOP Upgrade Project 2025

The STI for OTOP Upgrade Project 2025 invites academic experts to partner with local entrepreneurs to enhance OTOP products using science, technology, and innovation. The project will cover areas such as Bangkok, Suphanburi, Nakhon Nayok, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and other interested regions.

Examples of products targeted for development include preserved sala fruit in syrup, processed madan fruit, carissa carandas products, agarwood oil, and coconut shell lamps. Once partnerships (matching) between academics and entrepreneurs are established, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI) will coordinate the preparation of project proposals to be submitted for budget consideration.

Expression of Interest: Interested academics must fill out their intent by September 23rd through the provided Google Form. If not previously registered as a project consultant, registration is required before matching can occur, as only registered consultants are eligible for the project. Please download the registration form and submit both .doc and .pdf files with the required attachments.
