From September 13-15, 2024, Assistant Professor Patcharaporn Wiangwirachat and Mr. Thanatpol Wiangsima, esteemed lecturers from the Food Business Program, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, participated as speakers and demonstrators at THE FOODISM SHOW held at Impact Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Province.

Invited by the Yasothon Provincial Commerce Office, the lecturers showcased local ingredients in creative culinary presentations. 

Featured dishes included fried rice with fermented fish, grilled fish chili paste salad, lemon salad, mushroom curry with straw mushrooms, and red ant egg salad. 

The event highlighted the rich flavors of Yasothon Province, blending tradition with innovative cooking techniques.
