This week, you will take a look at the Dimension of Belonging, “Supported.” Being supported is something that we all need. Think about the situations or times in your life that someone’s support helped you achieve something, get better at something, or get through something challenging. How did that person show up for you?
Providing support is often about balance as well. Have you ever had someone provide too much support to you? Sometimes receiving too much support can make you feel trapped or powerless. Keep these considerations in mind as you complete this week’s reading, video, and reflection.
