The mission of the Japanese class and Club is to share our passion for Japanese Language Culture with as many Danville Public School students as possible.  Japanese is offered to students grades 9-12 at George Washington High School. Over the course of the four course levels, students learn approximately hundreds of words, dozens of expressions, and over 200 kanji and how to use them.  Also, students learn more about what it means to be a global citizen by learning about another culture and comparing it with their own.  Learning Japanese is a fine journey that we hope you will explore with us.
