RISE implements PBIS Incentives
To implement our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), the faculty and staff at RISE Academy decided to focus on three components for our PBIS incentive, "Fun Fridays:" attendance, respectfulness, and compliance to school rules. In order to participate in our Friday’s incentives, students must attend at least 3-5 days a week, be respectful, and receive limited referrals. The students at RISE Academy answered the call. The following students attended 4-5 days this week, showed respect to faculty, staff, and classmates, and refrained from receiving referrals. Please congratulate these students: De’Aveon Epperson, Terrance Adkins, Jr., Zuhmeera Cardwell, Leondra Clax, Nyimajah Davis, Destiny Fuller, Jaela Goods, Kentasia Morrison, Tashawn Simmons, and Damian Tarpley. Our students at RISE deserve a High FIVE; after all, they were present, engaged, and great. There are great things happening at RISE Academy!
