Check out the cast from the Galileo Theatre Guild’s production of “The Crucible.” Though a very demanding play, all performers, stage crew, and especially Mr. Weyler, need to be commended for a job well done! It is nice to know Mr. Weyler’s program is helping keep theater arts alive in Danville Public Schools.

Once the parents were all in the cafeteria Dr. Jones, Principal, read the book Bartholomew and the Oobleck. As a follow up to the book the parents and students were able to make oobleck and completed science activities with their oobleck. Everyone had had great time.

Below are pictures of the artwork that Woodrow Wilson students in Mr. Castillo's class have done as artistic interpretations of music they learned from the Romantic Period! Students drew a picture for each movement of Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto #2 in C minor. There are three movements to the piece, so each student listened to each movement and drew how they felt or what they thought as the music played. The pictures shown are student interpretations from Movement #1, #2, and #3. Well done Woodrow!
