What is Peer Navigating?
What is Peer Navigating?
Receive nursing application assistance from a Peer Navigator.
Peer Navigators are current nursing students who can help you discover the different pathways open to you to maximize your nursing application points.
They also love talking to Pre-Nursing students. Stop by and get to know a Chico State Nursing student.

Peer-Navigating drop-in hours will be held either in person or via Zoom!
In-person sessions will be held in the Trinity Hall Lobby.
Online sessions will be held via Zoom. You can access the meeting through the QR code above, this link, or by entering the meeting ID and password listed above!

Hi everyone! I’m Shreya, and I’m so excited to your new Lead Peer Navigator. I’m currently a 4th-semester nursing student, and I’ve been at Chico State since my freshman year. This program has been a huge part of my journey. Back when I was a pre-nursing student, Peer Navigators answered so many of my questions and connected me with resources I didn’t even know about. On top of that, it was just nice having nursing students to talk to and get real advice from. That’s why I’m really excited to be able to give back now and help all of you! So whether you have a quick question, need some guidance, or just want to chat about nursing school, feel free to reach out to me or any of our peer navigators during our drop-in hours.
