Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) is committed to the professional growth of all faculty members, whether they are new to teaching or seasoned educators. Faculty have the opportunity to submit their online courses for professional feedback, receiving both commendations and constructive suggestions for improvement. This program is designed solely for developmental purposes and will not be shared with supervisors. While all skill levels are welcome to participate, the focus is on courses that are at an intermediate level and ready to advance to the next stage of excellence.
