SCOPE Cookbook

Each week, we would make one recipe and learn about one/two countries. At the end of our session, learners took home their cookbook with all of our recipes!

Having worked with the staff in the GCUFSD in the SCOPE Summer Enrichment program for two years as a receptionist, I was given the opportunity to serve as an Enrichment Teacher for their Winter 2022 Enrichment Program!
