Your Magic Passcode will be issued within two weeks of you agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
Magic Memories reserves the right to withdraw the Magic Pass or change the scheme rules at any time, without notice and without compensation.
Merlin Magic Pass tickets can be used to gain entry to all Merlin attractions, however, there are certain events at certain attractions where Magic Passes cannot be used – please check this prior to visiting.
Only employees, friends, and family of the employee are eligible to use tickets purchased using the Merlin Magic Pass.
The selling of tickets purchased using a Merlin Magic Pass is prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action being taken up to and including dismissal in line with our disciplinary procedure.
You must not disclose your Magic Passcode to anyone, including Friends Family and colleagues. You must keep your code private and make all bookings yourself.
The purchase of tickets is limited to the period that the employee is working for Magic Memories and it is not permitted to purchase tickets for future dates after you have left the company. All future tickets booked for visits after your leave date will be cancelled automatically upon leaving the company.
The pass does not entitle the holder to any further discounts on in-attraction spends.
Passholders found to be in contravention of any aspects of the policy or terms and conditions will result in disciplinary action, which may lead to dismissal or legal action.
The provision of a free Merlin Magic Pass during employment is a privilege and not a right and you agree that you will not obtain any employment rights in respect thereof whatsoever.
Upon leaving the employment your entitlements for the Magic Pass will be reduced to zero.
Merlin Magic Passes and tickets cannot be used for prizes or gifts or used for Charity purposes.
Remember that on all occasions, including visiting a Merlin site as a guest, you are acting as an ambassador for Magic Memories and we would like your conduct to reflect this. If you are found to be in breach of these conditions this may be seen as misconduct and therefore disciplinary action may be taken.
