Information for prospective students

Research assistants

Graduated B.Tech students from IITs/NITs (or some other excellent institutes) with a CGPA of at least seven and who would like to improve their research profile to get admission to good foreign universities can write to me. If you are willing to work hard and spend at least a year, I think we can do some interesting research work that may improve your chances of admission. I may provide some funding during your stay to cover your expenses (10-15K /month). If your performance is good, I may increase your salary to the JRF level (30K/month). Sometimes, students convert to our 3 Year M.Tech program, enabling them to improve their CGPA and later apply for PhD positions abroad.

PhD students

There is currently one available PhD position in my group, which will commence in August 2023. If you are admitted into our PhD program and are keen to work with me, feel free to reach out to me.

Moreover, on occasion, I will have adequate funding to support a PhD student's salary through external sponsored projects. These openings will be periodically advertised on my website. If you are a researcher in a laboratory and are interested in studying under my tutelage, kindly contact me. If our research interests align, you can apply for our external PhD program.

M.Tech students

M.Tech students are allocated to faculty based on their CGPA and their preference. Usually, I take a few M.Tech students, depending on the total number of M.Tech students in a given batch.
