PARENT VOLUNTEER SIGN UP GENIUS FOR ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT
MTA athletic department is offering volunteer opportunities which can officially counts towards the required 20 hours per year parent volunteer hours requirement. Please sign up through the Athletic Department Volunteer Sign Up Genius link below. Volunteer hours will only count towards the 20 hours requirement if the parent signed up through sign up genius. Parents cannot show up to an athletic event without signing up through sign up genius for it to count towards the parent volunteer required 20 hours.
PARENT VOLUNTEER TIME & DATE RECORDS
At this time, the athletic department is not using RAPTOR to keep track of parent volunteers hours. The AD will submit a gold slip upon completion of Athletic Department Parent Volunteer task(s). The gold slips will be officially entered MTA Parent Volunteer Hour Database. Below will be a master record of who volunteered and how many minutes/ hours they received. This record serves as the purpose of verifying entries made into MTA Parent Volunteer Hour Database.
