Ahmose was a very famous leader. But what made him so famous in his egyptian life? Well, for starters he became pharaoh at the age of 10 after his brother perished. Ahmose was also founder of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. He also successfully completed the expulsion of the Hyksos. And finally, he invaded Palestine.

Ahmose completed the conquest and expulsion of the Hyksos from the Nile Delta. He expanded his empire to the north and south by defeating the Hyksos and the Nubians. Ahmose reunified Egypt and ruled for 25 years until he died.

Q: How did you become pharaoh?
A: After my brother, Kamose, died fighting I become pharaoh at age 10.
Q:Did you build anything special in your reign?
A: Yes! I built a cenotaph for my grandmother.
Q: When did you reunite Egypt?
A: I reunited Egypt around 1550 BCE.
Q: Did you have a family?
A: Yup, I did. I had a wife, Ahmose-Nefertar and came from a family with at least 12 children.
Q: Did you get a pyramid or tomb built for you?
A: Yes, I do have a monument. It is located in Deir el-Bahari in Egypt.
A: As I got older, I knew what to do, as a kid I had people helping me be pharoah.
Q: How did you reunify Egypt?
A: I defeated the Hyksos and the Nubians. I also expanded the border past the Sinai Desert in the north east.
Q: How did you gain a lot of gold??
A: I defeated the Nubians, who had gold mines. I took the gold for Egypt!!!!!!!!
Q:What did you do to help people while you were pharoah?
A: I reopened trade routes and mines, and this gave people jobs, which helped the economy and made Egypt stronger.
Q:As you were a pharaoh did you have any special privileges?
A: I controlled the laws and the land. I had a lot of power and lived very well.
