Host:
- $8/hr to start
- Opportunity for advancement to higher wage or Serving position based on work ethic & age
- Must be over 18 to serve tables
- Responsible for giving a great impression for guests coming in & leaving
- Seating guests accordingly using a seating chart
- Informing wait staff when they've sat a table in their section
- Assisting in bussing tables & general cleanliness of the dining area & bathrooms
- Assisting guests needs whenever possible
- Answering phone calls accurately & in a friendly manner
Server Assistant:
- $6/hr plus tips
- Opportunity for advancement to Hosting or Serving position based on work ethic & age
- Must be over 18 to serve tables
- Responsible for accurately running food to guests in the dining room & bar
- Bussing & resetting tables after guests leave
- General cleanliness of the dining room & bathrooms
- Assisting guests needs whenever possible
