Meet Mrs. Evenson
My name is Carin Evenson and I will be your child’s kindergarten grade teacher! I am very excited to meet all of you and I am ready to have a great year!
This is my 2nd year at Crestwood! Before I came to Crestwood I taught at 3 different schools, two in the district and one outside of the district. I taught 4 year old kindergarten and special education in kindergarten and 1st grade. This will be by 12th year teaching and my 8th at Madison Metropolitan School District; I am very excited to start another year teaching!
A little about me….
I grew up in DeForest, WI with my mom, dad and older sister. I went to college at UW-Milwaukee for my Bachelors and UW-Whitewater for my Masters.
At home I live with my husband Ryan, 14 year old step-daughter McCartney and my almost 2 year old son Harrison! Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family! We love watching movies, reading books to Harrison, playing with Harrison, eating pizza and ice cream!
