Expectations/Behavior Plan

The MSCR  Cherokee Heights program  has outlined a behavior plan that gives each scholar 2 warnings/day prior to being suspended from our program. Warnings are given when any of the rules are broken and redirection is not followed.

1st Warning: Scholar's name recorded on warning sheet & redirection given by Program Leaders

2nd Warning: 1:1 with a staff member and a “Fix-It” form must be completed

3rd Warning: Once the scholar receives a 3rd warning, they will be suspended from program

Our staff’s role during this process is to reiterate to scholars that we want every Cherokee Heights scholar involved in programming, but they MUST follow the rules. If a scholar receives a 3rd warning, they will be suspended from after-school program. Lengths of suspensions will be determined on a case by case basis. Should a suspension occur parents can expect a phone call & written notification from Mr. Lee.
