My theme was time and, within this series of images, the beauty of decay. My subject matter was decaying leaves. I think my shots came out beautifully and I enjoyed the photographic process. I captured the sharpness of the detail in the foreground of the leaves well. I love the warm colours seen within the image that give off the aesthetic qualities of autumn. I used a digital camera and artificial lighting to create my work.
