The client is Ian Rogers, an Australian professional chess grandmaster. With his passion for chess, Rogers founded GAMBIT, a company devoted to providing high-quality and unique chess sets that combine traditional and familiar aspects of chess with a modern tone. Due to COVID-19, the board and pieces had to be 3D rendered for GAMBIT and the release of the product was delayed, with only one piece being able to be physically finished.
