My artwork is a mixed-media collage, inspired by a painting I saw.

Mary used her hair to dry her tears at Jesus' feet. Since the hair is important, I used real wig hair. Peace and devotion is seen on Mary's face after being forgiven for her sins. Her face is the focal point and the only part not created using collage, but coloured in instead. I used a variety of textured paper, ripped into small pieces.
