This year has been difficult for many and I think students have had to work hard to stay motivated and positive. This lead me to think about the masks we've had to wear, physically and metaphorically, inside and out, to protect ourselves and stop the spread of COVID-19. I hope this portrait helps people know they are not alone in their frustration and disappointment in a year that sometimes feels as though it was lost.
