We Are Sorry

We are Sorry is a collage that represents Reconciliation. It acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of this land and recognises that they were dispossessed, persecuted and oppressed as a result of colonisation in Australia. In 2008, the Australian Government said 'sorry' to Indigenous Australians and this was the first step towards healing.
