Tentacles

Inkjet print. James and Hamish created this artwork based on the theme of transformation. They were tasked with creating collaborative site-specific installation artwork within the context of the school. Their sculpture was formed using a soft wire armature, papier-mâché tissue, dried moss and acrylic paint. The subsequent photo of the creature that inhabits the art room sink was composed at a low angle, with stark lighting to best document the experience of temporary artwork.
