Ludwig Van Beethoven 

This is a pastel portrait of Ludwig van Beethoven, a pianist I admire. I have the portrait framed in ornate gold and crimson frame to accentuate the importance of this creative genius and the era in which he worked. The pastel drawing was inspired by the painting of Beethoven composing his Missa Solemnis by Joseph Karl Stieler.
