I wanted to create a series of environmental photographs incorporating props of classically humble objects that you see in daily life. In the creation of my photos, I hoped to achieve a contemporary view of nature imagery that is not often seen – the discovery of familiar objects in unfamiliar places. These images present a juxtaposition between untouched nature and commonly touched artefacts representative of everyday life.
