Flowing Reef

After reading the book Iceberg by Claire Saxby, we painted our own response. Although the book is about the lifecycle in Antarctica, I chose to represent the reef in all its beauty. I used various vibrant colours on the surface of the reef with two sea turtles swimming towards the light. In the foreground I painted the coral found on the reef.
