In the past, Macomb Literacy Partners asked tutors to complete a twelve-hour training course and commit to a year of service, meeting at least two hours per week with one assigned student.

Today, we are transitioning to a classroom model, which requires less training time for tutors, a shorter commitment period, and produces more reliable gains for the student.
