What is Premium & Corporate Sales?
Premium & Corporate Sales refer to any sale where books (physical, digital or audio) are being given away or used promotionally by organizations, corporations, institutions, non-profits, schools, author events, libraries, etc.
These orders are non-returnable
We cannot provide premium terms for individuals buying in bulk to give the books away (this includes authors, unless they have an LLC or a company)

We cannot drop ship orders (this includes 3rd party locations, multiple addresses or residential addresses)

Do I need to set up an account with Macmillan?
If you are a tax exempt organization and would like to process your order exempt of tax, you must set up an account. Macmillan cannot process an order exempt of tax without an account being set up. Your order must be shipping to a state in which you are tax exempt in order to be processed free of tax.
How do I place a physical Premium Author Event Order?
A Premium Author Event is where the author is present and books will be given away

How do I buy books as a Macmillan author?
Macmillan cannot provide premium terms for individuals buying in bulk to give the books away, including authors.
If an author account is already set up (special author terms, not premium terms), authors can order books by contacting MPS Customer Service: call 888-330-8477 or email orders@mpsvirginia.com
To set up an individual author account (special author terms, not premium terms), editors can email acctinfo@mpsvirginia.com with author's name, billing address and contact information.
Author accounts are the only way that authors can purchase books as individuals
For larger sales operations where an author is buying on behalf of their business for resale, authors can set up a special retail account with their own LLC or business. Contact andrea.carrera-marquez@macmillan.com
For author business accounts where books are being purchased to giveaway only, authors can set up a premium account: Contact acctinfo@mpsvirginia.com

For author events, another option is to partner with the local bookstore to pre-sign copies and direct attendees to purchase their books there
Are there alternative buying options for Physical bulk orders?
The below companies offer competitive discount rates for premium and corporate bulk purchases, and do not require setting up an account. Individuals looking to make bulk purchases can consider these options.
Each company provides logistical options for drop shipping (to 3rd party locations), shipping to multiple locations/attendees, customization of books, worldwide fulfillment and curated title recommendations!
How do I track my physical order?
If you have an account, please use your bill-to account number and zip code to track your order.
Use Account # 358033 and zip code 22942 to track an order placed on the Premium Cash Sales Account # 358033

What is PUB EASY?
As a participating publisher with PubEasy, MPS is pleased to offer this time-saving service at no cost to you.
PubEasy provides single password access to the entire affiliated publishing network and is easy to use. Once your account is opened, you will have 24/7/365 access and the ability to:
Check Price and availability on an individual ISBN basis or in multiples. You can search by ISBN, EAN, Title or Author. For high volume, upload ability exists to “cut and paste” or use a csv file.
Enter Orders and receive automatic email confirmations when orders are placed.
Place Orders using a valid Promo code.
Check the status for all your orders, regardless of how they were placed, i.e. via EDI, fax, telephone, email or PubEasy.
Track Orders and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD).
Cancel backorders and receive automatic email confirmations when backorders are cancelled.
