Autumn Fjeldberg

Artist biography

Autumn Fjeldberg is a 23 year old cisgender female who is currently a student at MacEwan University. Diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) in primary school, Autumn has learned how to live and work with her disability within her art practice and everyday life. With goals to eventually become a firefighter for the city of Edmonton, Autumn has strived to keep up a strong sense of teamwork and comradery with her peers throughout all walks of life.

Artist statement

Focused most on freelance cartoon drawing, Autumn Fjeldberg is a young eager artist who resides in Edmonton, Alberta. Having a Fine Arts diploma from MacEwan University, Autumn mostly focuses on traditional mediums along with 3D materials such as glass and sculpture.

Previously studying at the Alberta University of the Arts (AUArts), Autumn has some experience with glass blowing and hot glass, which captured her fascination with 3D art forms.

Diagnosed with ADHD, Autumn chooses to try and express her experiences with her learning disability in her work, and strives to make her work friendly towards other neurodivergent individuals.
