It is a privilege to be the Senior High School Principal of MACCRAY Public Schools, and I look forward to continuing to work with the staff and parents of our communities.

A little bit about me:  This is my twenty-first year in education and my eleventh year as a Principal, with this being my ninth year in MACCRAY.  I was raised near Grafton, Ohio and moved to Minnesota in 1996.  After taking five years off from college, and working in a factory, I returned in 2003 and graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2005.  In 2005, I was hired by the Meeker and Wright Special Education Cooperative where I taught Language Arts, to at-risk youth.  During that time, I was also a football coach for eight seasons ('04-'11) and served as Union President ('08-'15). I later obtained both my Master's Degree and K-12 Principal License from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, in 2009 and 2012 respectively.  In January of 2024, I obtained my Superintendent's Licensure.

My wife (Heather) and I will celebrate 28 years of marriage this fall, and we have a son (Trent) who is a proud Jackrabbit Alumnus. He is a Special Education Teacher in a setting-4 EBD program.

Interests:  college and professional football, cooking, traveling, video games, golf, and fishing
