University of Lynchburg Leadership Development
Developing leaders for the future success of the University and the world is paramount. A sense of belonging, of being a part of the future and attaining the skills to be adaptable to a changing world is key to student, faculty, and staff reaching their maximum potential. We will develop leaders who are actively involved in changing their own lives and the lives of others.
Department Strengths Assessment
The Leadership Development Task Force will offer sessions for Departments to learn more about their strengths. Through the use of Clifton Strengths, we will assess, develop, and learn more about our personal strengths
We will build upon the previous phase with a deeper dive into the strengths of our Faculty and Staff.
Continuing through the Spring 2023 term, members of our Leadership Task Force will offer incredible leadership opportunities.
