Please Complete The 4 Steps Below
Step 1:
Confirm your data in Aeries
Log in to Aeries to complete your Data Confirmation. This required process only takes a few minutes.
Step-by-step instructions are available if you're unsure how to complete the data confirmation process.
Step 2:
Review School Policies
Please review the Yerba Buena Student/Parent Handbook to learn about important school policies, procedures, and expectations.
Students in grades 3–5 participate in the LVUSD Forward Learning 1:1 Laptop Program. Please review the Responsible Use Guidelines and Student Device Use Agreement before your child receives their district-issued device.
We strongly recommend purchasing laptop insurance for all district-issued devices. The cost is $49 for the school year, and insurance must be purchased before any damage occurs. Enrollment is available August through November, so we encourage families not to wait.
Please note: This program and insurance option are available only for students in grades 3–5.
Please review:
Responsible Use Guidelines and Student Device Use Agreement.
Step 3:
Complete a meal application form
Although breakfast and lunch are provided at no cost to all students this school year, we encourage every Yerba Buena family to complete the Meal Application and register with LINQ.
Completing the application takes just a few minutes and can make a meaningful difference for both your family and our school community.
Help your family qualify for additional state and local benefits, if eligible.
Support Yerba Buena's eligibility for important funding, to help provide additional academic support, enrichment opportunities, and student services that benefit our school community.
Even if you don't think your family will qualify for benefits, we encourage every household to complete the application. Every completed application helps us better understand our community's needs and maximize the resources available to support our students.
Please use the links below to complete your Meal Application and create your LINQ account.
Step 4:
Learn more about our PFA and events!
The Yerba Buena Parent Faculty Association (YBPFA) is a wonderful way to get involved and make a difference in our school community. Through fundraising, volunteering, and special events, the PFA helps provide enriching programs, classroom resources, campus improvements, and memorable experiences for our students. They also strengthen the connection between families, staff, and the Yerba Buena community. Every family is encouraged to join and be part of supporting our Bobcats!
