Physical Wellness

My goal is to create a welcoming environment that fosters cognitive and physical growth through various fitness activities. I want each of my students to enjoy movement and learn the many benefits of an active lifestyle. I believe movement/ physical fitness is an integral part of a student's education as well as their life, and my hope is for each of my students to develop a lifelong passion for movement.
